ENGIMEK can collaborate during the product developing phase, on an integral or partial way, from first lay-out until fabrication launching, creating technical documentation on 2D/3D files and drawings, validating designs using FEA, and constructing, if required, prototype parts.

Finite Element Analysis

For design validation or optimization: weight reductions, geometry simplifications, reinforcements additions or material checkings.

Prototype Parts Creation

  • Conceptual Prototypes in plastic, getting real parts with the same shape and dimensions as definitive ones, with the possibility of geometry validation and launching for production. VERY USEFUL TO CHECK TOOLINGS BEFORE MASS PRODUCTION
  • Functional Prototypes, stamped parts, all kind of machined proccesses and flat parts in whatever material (ferric or not).
